This app will help you understand your machine's check code. This app contains OBD for most models. Each code has a description of the difficulty codes, possible causes, possible section images with prices and how to help you troubleshoot and fix your difficulty code.
DTC (Code Diagnostic Trouble Code) / Code Data damage is the computer-generated alphanumeric code (ECU) when it detects a malfunction. These codes are issued through the On-Board Diagnostic (OBD) system and can be accessed using a diagnostic scanner that is connected to the OBD connector. Every vehicle made after 1996 is equipped with a modern computer system OBD II.
OBD-II system is able to issue thousands of DTC code. Good code that can be read by a personal scanner, as well as code that can only be read by a professional Scanner tool. If using a personalized diagnostic scanner, one can consult a car damage code manual or consult a site that provides a comprehensive list of damage codes or DTCs and their translations. Without any reference then the mechanics will have difficulty decoding car damage code accurately.
Damage Code data not only communicate with individuals, they also communicate with the vehicle. For example, certain codes tell the vehicle when turning on the "Check Engine / MIL" light. Sometimes the "Check Engine / MIL" light is on, triggered by a malfunction code that indicates a serious car problem. In other cases, the Damage Code that causes the "Check Engine" light is on due to a fuse break. Thus, having a personal scanner is more practical than bringing a car to a garage because of a trivial matter. If the damage is severely aggravated, take your car to your trust workshop.
